Official Sweepstakes Rules

OFFICIAL RULES: LOVE LOTL PROMOTIONAL SWEEPSTAKES 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Love Lotl Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to residents of Florida who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. Members of Love Lotl, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited by law. 

2. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding. 

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Entries will be accepted starting on July 21 at 5:00 PM EST and ending on August 19 at 7:00 PM EST. All entries must be received by the end date. 

4. HOW TO ENTER: 

  • Method 1 (Purchase): Automatically receive one (1) entry upon purchasing a single car air freshener.  

  • Method 2 (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without purchase, legibly hand-print your name, address, phone number, and email address on a 3x5 card and mail it in a standard envelope to: 5467 NW 37TH TERRACE, FORT LAUDERDALE, FL 33309. Mail-in entries must be received by the end date. Any late postal deliveries will not be exempted. 

  • Limit: There is a limit of 15 entries per person, regardless of entry method. 

  • Bonus (Purchase): Upon the purchase of a second car air freshener, 5 entries will be given. Upon purchase of 3 car air fresheners, 15 entries will be given.  

  • Bonus (Free): In the postcard in the mailed letter adding the word “BONUS 5” will give the participant 5 entries. Adding the word “BONUS 15” will give the participant 15 entries. All entries will adhere to the 15-entry limit per person. 

5. PRIZE: The winner will receive one (1) cash prize of $250.00 USD.] The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including all federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.  

6. ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor on August 19 around 7:00 PM EST. The winner will be notified via phone call within 1 day following the selection. Three (3) attempts to call the winner will be made. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. 

8. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation.  

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of the prize. 

10. SPONSOR: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Love Lotl, located at 5467 NW 37TH TERRACE, FORT LAUDERDALE, FL 33309. 

11. DATA PRIVACY CLAUSE: Love Lotl will not sell, trade, or share your contact information with third parties; data is collected solely for the administration of this Sweepstakes.
